Paddock Wood Bootcamp runs 3 sessions every week. Getting into a routine and setting aside some time for you is achievable and necessary for your body and mind.

I set up the Paddock Wood Bootcamp at the start of 2017 with the aim of encouraging more people to exercise outdoors and to create a community that can help people both mentally and physically. Every session is filled with giggles and chatter so we make sure we have some fun too!
I also run my own PT business (KC Fitness) to share my love for exercise and living a healthy balanced lifestyle.

Annabelle
Meet Annabelle, a true ambassador of outdoor exercise, you'll rarely find her indoors! Currently a Fitness Instructor and studying for her Personal Trainer qualification. Annabelle runs our Saturday morning sessions.
Julie
I have been a Personal Trainer since 2000 and have gone on to further training including GP Referral, TRX Suspension, Kettlebells. With an armed forces background and a passion for fitness, I have run the London Marathon three times and enjoy a variety of training including strength, bodyweight exercises, suspension training and Pilates. In the winter months i'm a keen skier and love training outside.


Phin
Phin isnew to the team and runs the Thursday night session. With an armed forces background, he currently works full time and runs bootcamp and PT sessions in the evenings. Phin loves to use kettlebells and dumbbells but also loves a good run around! He’s looking forward to meeting more bootcampers and getting more people moving!
