Welcome to Paddock Wood Bootcamp. 

4 sessions a week, workshops and most importantly, friendships and fun. 

If you have always stuck to the same exercise routine or you consistently go to the gym and don't really know what to do when you get there, it is definitely time to change things. 


The Paddock Wood Bootcamp gives you the opportunity to exercise outdoors giving you huge benefits mentally as well as physically whilst breathing fresh air and enjoying a change of scenery. 

With 4 sessions available every week, getting into a routine and setting aside some time for you is achievable and necessary for your body and mind. Exercising has some fantastic benefits, but when you take it outdoors, WOW!

We train on Green Lane recreation ground at the following times:

Monday  9.30am  with Roel

Tuesday 7.30pm  with Julie

Wednesday 9.30am

Friday 9.30am  Roel and Katharine alternate 

Saturday 9am with Julie 

Head long Green Lane and regardless of what end you come in from, inbetween two roundabouts you'll see a large open area with a pavilion, playground and football pitch. Go ahead and park in the car park for free. 

How much? Costs are paid on a monthly basis:                               

                     1 session a week for £26/month

                     2 sessions a week for £42/month

                     3 sessions a week for £54/month

                     4 sessions a week for £62/month

                     Pay as you go £7 a session or buy a block of 10 for £70

Amanda is our cover trainer and steps in when one of our regular trainers is on holiday. Amanda runs her own Personal Training business in Tonbridge and a very keen runner.

How much? 

Option 1 -  full membership with all the benefits 

Become a fully fledged member and pay monthly for however many sessions you would like to attend a week. You can mix and match the sessions every week, giving you the flexibility if you can't attend the same day every week. 

Prices are as follows and are paid at the start of each calendar month:                                                 

1 session a week for £29/month

2 sessions a week for £45/month

3 sessions a week for £57/month

4 sessions a week for £65/month

 I set up the Paddock Wood Bootcamp at the start of 2017 with the aim of encouraging more people to exercise outdoors and to create a community that can help people  both mentally and physically.  Every session is filled with giggles and chatter so we make sure we have some fun too!

I also run my own PT business (KC Fitness) to share my love for exercise and living a healthy balanced lifestyle. 


Meet Annabelle, a true ambassador of outdoor exercise, you'll rarely find her indoors! Currently a Fitness Instructor and studying for her Personal Trainer qualification. Annabelle runs our Saturday morning sessions.

Lucy is a mum of 3 kids and 2 Labradors. Lucy loves running, spending time with her family and going for walks in the countryside with the dogs. Lucy ran some of the sessions at the old bootcamp that some of you attended so not really a newbie but it's lovely to have Lucy on board at the new Paddock Wood Bootcamp!


I have been a Personal Trainer since 2000 and have gone on to further training including GP Referral, TRX Suspension, Kettlebells. With an armed forces background and a passion for fitness, I have run the London Marathon three times and enjoy a variety of training including strength, bodyweight exercises, suspension training and Pilates. In the winter months i'm a keen skier and love training outside.
